Refund FAQ

Quick answers on cancellation, withdrawal rights, and billing corrections. For binding details see the refund policy and AGB section 4d.

If I cancel now, do I lose access immediately?

No. Normal account cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access until the end of the current paid period.

Can I get money back for the remaining days of this month/year?

Usually no. Partial-period refunds are generally not granted, except where mandatory legal rights apply or where a confirmed billing/provider error occurred.

What if I was charged twice?

Send a support request with invoice/receipt details. Confirmed duplicates are corrected via refund, credit, or billing adjustment.

Do consumers in Germany/EU have withdrawal rights?

Where legally applicable, yes. If digital service starts immediately after explicit request/consent, compensation for already delivered service may still be retained as allowed by law.

How do I submit a refund review request?

Use the contact form and include account email, billing reference, and reason. Requests are reviewed manually.
